- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tsp fine sea salt
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp smoked paprika

- 175 g strong white bread flour plus extra for dusting
- 250 g plain yoghurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- ½ tsp caster sugar
