  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 100 g dried apricots, pitted
  • 60 g blanched almonds
  • 400 g onions halved
  • 200 g carrots cut in pieces
  • 20 g olive oil plus 2 Tbsp
  • 500 g lamb meat
  • 200 g aubergines
  • 100 g tinned chopped tomatoes
  • ½ vegetable stock cube (for 0.5 l)

  • 2 pinches saffron threads

  • 40 - 50 g honey to taste
  • ½ bunch fresh coriander leaves only, chopped (see tip)
