- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 40 oz sirloin steak cut into pieces (¾ - 1 ¼ in.)
- 1 can red kidney beans (approx. 15 oz), rinsed and drained
- 2 - 3 sprigs fresh cilantro leaves only, to garnish
