- 100 g carrots, cut into thin strips
- 200 g broccolini, cut into thirds or cauliflower, cut into small florets (3 cm)
- 50 g red capsicum, cut into thin strips
- 50 g brown onion, cut into thin wedges
- 80 g sugar snap peas, trimmed and cut into halves
