- 200 g carrots, cut in matchsticks (4 cm x 3 mm)
- 200 g courgettes, cut in matchsticks (4 cm x 3 mm)
- 100 g fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 150 g fresh beansprouts

- 4 medium eggs
