Steak Fajita Mixture

- 150 g onions, sliced (1 cm)
- 1 red pepper, sliced (1 cm)
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced (1 cm)
- 1 green pepper, sliced (1 cm)
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp fine sea salt, plus extra to taste
- 2 pinches ground black pepper, plus extra to taste
- 450 g rump steak, sliced against the grain (1 cm x 5 cm) (see tip)
