- 30 g hazelnuts
- 2 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves only

- 2 Tbsp plain flour
- 3 tsp English mustard
- 2 tsp horseradish relish
- 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 - 2 pinches fine sea salt to taste
