Lamb patties
- 70 g red lentils

- 1 brown onion cut into quarters
- 2 fresh long red chillies trimmed and cut into halves

- 1 tsp cumin seeds

- 70 g breadcrumbs

- 7 eggs
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil plus extra to grease
- 10 cm piece fresh ginger peeled and cut into julienne
- 20 g white vinegar
