Chunky slaw

- 200 g Chinese cabbage (wombok) cut into pieces ( 5 cm)
- 1 fresh jalapeño chilli deseeded, cut into pieces
- 60 g mayonnaise
- 60 g buttermilk
- 20 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

- 6 burger buns brioche, lightly toasted
- 100 g grated cheddar cheese to serve
